Founding Product Engineer · kay.aiAI that takes over the paperwork side of insurance broking.
•Lead the product that checks a renewed insurance policy against what was actually agreed. 500 to 1,000 pages a job, spread across documents that are meant to match and frequently do not, and being close counts as wrong.
•Built an AI co-worker that runs our first line support in Slack and escalates only what is genuinely critical.
•Started out leading frontend architecture and UX.
